Notice the lack of response from the owners in the last year for bad reviews? Best of luck if you order from here. Ordered a... specialty online with an extra topping but only got the extra toping? It took an hour to get them to replace the order, I endedup taking a store credit instead. Used the credit today and ordered an extra pie. Both came completely burnt. The specialtypizza once again missing all other toppings. Girl on the phone simply said all pizzas come out well done now, and if I didn'tlike it to order from another store.. refused to refund the order. The manager wouldn't get on the phone. I'm very disappointed with this pizza. The pizza looked nothing like what is posting for commercials on TV, also seemed old not... at all fresh like I ordered it 15 minutes ago. I should have went to grocery store and bought a $6.59 pizza out of freezerbecause I have had just as good if not better from store. I still can't believe people think that this is a great pizza becauseit doesn't even rate good in my book. I've ordered delivery from this store for a few years now and am rarely disappointed with food or delivery. My pizzas are as... ordered, the food is great-looking and great-tasting, and delivered in a very timely fashion. I even post photos of my pizza onFacebook. Don't forget your double chocolate brownie for dessert! I'd ding a quarter of a star for crooked cuts on my browniesbut since that's not possible I'll stick with the 5-star review. Read more
Will NOT be ordering from this location again. This Papa John's is terrible. Go somewhere else for pizza. On my last and... final order, there was about 2 inches of crust all the way around the pizza, toppings not spread across the pizza, way too muchtomato sauce, and the pizza was not even cut into slices. Previous experience as another reviewer with a plain cheese pizza no toppings being delivered even though I clicked on an... advertised image with pepperoni on the pizza with stuffed pepperoni crust. My confirmation email even confirms I PAID FOR THESPECIALITY PIZZA NOT A FREAKING PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA!!!! I called the store to inform but they place the blame on me when clearlyI had every right to assume I didn't have to select toppings when I was being charged for a pepperoni pizza with pepperonistuffed crust, what sense does that make?
