They must have changed up the staff or service since the last time I ordered. This time was absolutely in point with everything.... Everything was fresh, hot, & cooked perfectly. It wasn't overcooked near burnt like usual. I received all my items too. A bonuswas the delivery driver who was very friendly & polite. He delivered our food with care & really topped off our great experiencewith Pizza Hut. The delivery was quick & everything was delicious! I was very nervous ordering due to my last experiences,however this time I'm very pleased. One last thing, I LOVE the fact they didn't go up too crazy with their prices due currentsituations like a lot of places. That's a great relief. Review: 5 stars! Read more

When I go to the wesley chapel pizza hut, they are always friendly & we enjoy the food we get. We love their big box dinner with... pizza, cheese sticks, & wings. Wouldn't go anywhere else Read more
Walked in to order a pizza since the door and online says they close at 11pm. The lady inside told me they were no longer making... any pizzas tonight and were closing. Might want to update your front door and website to read the proper closing times. Read more
Pizza was in cutting stage for 10 minutes. After taking it home, we realize the pizza is paper thin(ordered hand tossed) and is... dry as a bone. Almost overcooked. Parts of the crust were good but pieces were lacking, to the point you could barely tear itapart since it was so hard. I couldn't taste any sauce. This tasted like the cheapest pizza I have ever had. Not worth driving5 miles to return. Would not return to this location. Update: called pizza hut customer service and they remade it. Muchbetter. While still thin, it wasn't dry at all. While I wouldn't return to this location, I do appreciate customer service inmaking it right. Picture of the slice is the 1st batch which I believe to be overcooked. 2nd picture(in box) was the remake andwas much softer and perfectly cooked. Read more
Been there many times and each time they mess up my order. Today as I waited to fix my order, I watch 3 of 4 cuatomers that... came in had a messed up order. They burnt the kids puzza and didn't put any sauce on the puzza I asked and paid for extrasauce. Will not go back, plenty of others around that I can go to instead. Read more
