genuinely the worst starbucks experience. i ordered online and my sister went in about 2 minutes after the scheduled pickup time... (they?ve been short staffed so i figured it wouldn?t be ready) after waiting another 10 minutes, she was turned away being told?you must?ve sent it to the wrong store because we don?t have it? i try going through the drive thru in hopes of them fixing thesituation. they say they DID have the order and said ?i don?t have an answer to that? when i asked why the other girl said wesent it to the wrong store and were turned away. finally got the order and there was a dead fly in the bottom of my cup ???? iam so upset over this whole experience. I have tried to give this location several opportunities and it?s awful every time. The employees are always rude and... indifferent, not sometimes, EVERY single time. The quality of drinks are consistently horrendous. I will never waste money atthis location again because the drinks are THAT bad. I go out of my way when I can to the Collier location in Lutz, they alwayshave super nice employees and make really great drinks! Read more
