Don?t go to this Subway. They overcharge and won?t accept coupons. I left my 4 subs for the owner to eat because they tried to... overcharge me and wouldn?t fix the total. Horrible service worst part no manager in site or able to answer the phone to get things fixed. I ordered two kids meals and got... charged 10$ for two mini turkey sandwiches and two bags of chips when I proceeded to walk up and grab my drinks and applesauceas stated on the meal board when the employee who helped me saw me she proceeded to tell me I owe her more money for the drinkand applesauce to which she tried to charge me 7.35 for when I told her I asked twice for two kids meal she stated she didn'tunderstand now I completely understand the language barrier but for you to charge me for something that's not even in the menuor what I ordered and instead of apologizing demanding more money like if I stealing things that I literally asked for andthought I was paying for theres no way that a mini I mean mini the size of an egg sandwich with turkey and cheese and two bagsof layz cost 10$. I work across the street from this Subway and I always order online because it's faster if I'm heading to work... they 50% of... the time mess up my order... how can you mess up an online order??? You're READING what you have to put on the sandwich, howhard can that be? And if you order inside they take FOREVER to finish your order. Very bad experience with this place Read more
Apparently they close whenever they please! Google says they close at 11pm and so does their sign, came in at 10:15pm and the... cage was down. They wouldn't even acknowledge when we tried to ask what their normal hours were. Really sucks when you want asub after a long day at work! But I never get good service here anyway guess I'll go to wawa tonight to satisfy my late eveningsandwich needs. So annoyed with this place!!! Read more
They really don't want your business. Walmart should have them removed. The Subway at the Land Of Lakes Walmart has FAR better... service & management. I see a nail salon in the near future! Btw, this photo was taken OVER an HOUR before closing & this is adaily thing. Read more
They are in NO rush. I?ve been waiting to order for 20 minutes and still have yet to be able to order. Only 5 people in front of... me. The employees seem kind but you really need to speed up production. Sandwiches aren?t a super hard concept. Read more
Received Horrible services from Subway and doordash. I submitted order online and did not receive my drink and chips when order... was delivered. Doordash claims Subway did not have it with the order. Subway apologized but offered no type of resolution exceptyou can come by and pick up after I have already paid for delivery fee and a tip. Spoke to a Manage who still did not offer anytype of Solution or incentive to us having to come back and pick up ourselves. This will be my first and last time orderinganything from this store or any store if this is the type of Service I receive after the issue being their fault.
