If I could give this a -1 I would. The customer service is so poor that they prefer to throw food away instead of offering an... apology for their mistake. When I told her I had food allergies and was quick to add an ingredient I did not request thereforewas asking a few questions, she slammed the sandwich into the garbage and told me not to tell her what to do and rudely threw meout! Horrible horrible service!! Stay away from this place!! If there is an owner who cares reach out to me and I would gladlygive you details. Sad for those workers who really care and have been nice for the past 6 months I?ve visited this establishmentat least once a week. Read more

Walked in to this location at 5pm there was one man ahead of me ordering with no mask coughing mouth uncovered. When I asked the... employee if masks was a required to enter like the sign says on the door she just shrugged her shoulders and said we can?t forceanyone to wear a mask did not care that he was coughing touching stuff no sanitize after so I left took my money elsewhere!Avoid this location Read more

Horrendous! This is the most poorly managed Subway in the area. Third strike and you?re out! Never visiting this location again.... Some time ago, owner argued with me about accepting a coupon. A month ago, placed an order via the Subway app. Show up after thetime the order was to be ready and no sandwiches were made. Only one employee and definitely not a ?sandwich artist.? Messysandwich, veggies not spread out and just thrown on. Even cutting the sandwich in half seems to be challenging. Tonight, Iplaced another order via the app for 3 sandwiches. I show up and again, no sandwiches made. This is likely due to there onlybeing a single employee on a Saturday evening. Two of the sandwiches were to be toasted. One was messily made with veggies whilethe other only had chicken and cheese. The employee forgot they were to be toasted, so she puts both of them in the toaster.Yes, the one with cold veggies went into the toaster. Makes me wonder if this person really makes their own sandwiches this way.New ownership/management is a must. This place is going downhill fast. Read more

I ordered 5 subs online. They messed up the toppings in 3 out of 5 of my subs. They didn?t add cheese in 2 of my subs. My tuna... sandwich barely had any tuna in it. They put very little toppings and meat in the subs. I have never been in a subway that gaveso very little meat and toppings. Seems like it is a common complaint that the people who make these subs are STINGY. They alsoused the wrong bread in one of my subs. I feel like it should be hard to mess up 4 out of 5 of my subs when the order was typeddown online. Read more

Got there at 11am one girl was working nobody else in the restaurant. She apologized that she was on the phone with her manager.... Would not get off the phone and made my two sandwiches on the phone the whole time. Cross contamination. Then another ladywalked in and also took her order on the phone the whole time. This location was soooooo stingy with the veggies I asked for jalapenos and I literally got 4 slices I was also told that I... couldn't have swiss cheese because they were discontinuing it. I asked to have my sandwich toasted and they did put it in thetoaster oven but it must not have been working because my sandwich was cold and the bread was soft. It was about 7pm when Ivisited this subway. Oh and also the 2 for 1 special was not honored we were charged full price for all 3 foot long sandwiches,even though I asked for the special. I don't think I will be back to this location. You would think that it would be a goodlocation being such a ritzy area, but that goes to show you that ritzy areas mean nothing!!! Read more

Both of the (assumed) owners were very rude and nearly yelled at my friend ordering before me. They have a policy requesting... that you show them any coupons before order so we did and the Indian woman said yes the coupon was good. Then after oursandwiches were made she said the coupon was no longer valid since my wife only ordered a 6? sub. But the deal said buy one andget the second of equal value or LESS half off. Nothing about two full subs. This sandwich shop is within walking distance toour house but I promise I will never go again. Read more

I'm a nurse I work at a hospital fairly close to the Subway. I left early one day to stop and get a sub before my shift I had... half an hour allotted. I ordered a meatball sub they said the meatballs were cooking and would not be done for proximately 8minutes so I waited I asked for fresh mozzarella I was informed it was a $1.50 extra fine once the meatballs were done theydidn't put me ahead of all the people I was there before I waited so long that I was going to be late to work I paid for the suband they would not give me my sub they made me wait I finally had to leave I paid for my sub and never received it they werevery rude!
