Hands down the absolute WORST TACO BELL I?ve ever been too! The worst service. I ordered a chicken power bowl.. it was cold, no... beans in it .. wasn?t a complete bowl. I also ordered chips n cheese.. they thru my bag so fast and the wait so long I trustedeverything to be in the bag.. nope no chips and cheese in the bag. Smh.. I don?t care if I?m starving .. 45 minutes. That's how long it took to pick up my bag of soggy and cold tacos. Did a mobile order only to find the lobby was... closed at 7: 50pm. Would have canceled my order but there was no way to do it. Just a suggestion but maybe disable mobilepickups if you're going to close the dining room. Read more
They should really update their hours. The online app gives you the option of in store grab and go and even showing up at 7:50,... when it says they are open until 1 am, the inside is just locked and the workers in the store ignore you. No signs on the doorsor anything either, they just arbitrarily pick when to be open I'm assuming. The drive thru is always extremely backed up andslow as well and the food never fresh. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Lutz location instead, always great service andfood there and way more reliable with much better quality employees. Read more

Whoever worked Monday, 8/1/22 between 8pm - 9pm made the best tacos ever. The food was fresh and loaded up. That Taco Bell order... could have been shown in a commercial. Read more

This store is new and really needs some help...they are rude and don't really care about customer service, the food we got the... other night was terrible, hardly any meat in tacos and my chicken quesodita had nothing in one whole half and they never eventried to fix it for us, basically called us liars, here are some pics... Friday, December 9, 2022 The time between 8.15 pm and 8:40 pm The place needs major improvement poor customer service 2... different customers walk out after waiting about 7 minutes at the counter, I placed a large order for 5 dining in but all wascrammed inside one bag, the taco shells were broken, and the prep guy was having a little trouble understanding I need it 4large cups with my food, had to do a double check at the screen by the prep table to give me my cups even then he was filling mycups with soda when there is a soda station outside the kitchen, the tables were dirty, seats had food all over from previouscustomers.
