Nice restaurant and the chef was joyous and funny. Mostly, he was extremely accommodating to the yuppy family at our table with... 5 kids!! I felt like I was at a school cafeteria. ???? Next time I'm going to ask for the adult table, where everyone ispotty-trained. JK. ???? It was nice to dine here but it really does matter who you get seated next to. Uggh. Enjoyed our visit here. The hibachi chef was a pro and the food was pretty good — he nailed the cook temp on my steak and... lobster. My only real complaints about the place was slow service at the bar (the bartender seemed like she gets distractedpretty easily and was just generally disorganized) and the space is a little cramped at the hibachi tables when compared toplaces like Benihana or Kobe, which generally have larger tables and more space from the guests. It’s not a deal-breaker, ofcourse, and the free birthday meal is a big plus. Read more

I didn't feel like I was treated equally to the other party that sat at the same table were sitting. We were the first to be... seated and first to order but we were the last to be served and my family received less portions than the others at our tables.Customer service starts from the entrance until the exit of the business. Three of us went here for my birthday, we did the Teppanyaki. Starting off with a salad and mushroom soup, the salad was poor.... Just lettuce one thin carrot sliver with a thin ginger dressing. The soup much better plenty of mushrooms and flavor. Next wassushi, I had the St. augustine and Tokyo roll. They were well made and a good flavor. Next I had the combo filet mignon andChicken, the filet was cooked to a good medium and the chicken was good. It came with the standard Veg.mix, Fried Rice andnoodles. Our chef was exp. He's been there a long time. The wait staff was friendly and check on us regularly. The prices are onthe Teppanyaki are about medium, Sushi will run the bill up fast. Warning the service charge they call a gratuity. On thewebsite it said that was for 6 or more guests. Which is split between the servers and chef. We got charged 18% for just threeof us! The waitress did warn us about it so we wouldn't leave a cash tip also. So make sure you ask about first!! They lost astar for that charge. Read more
