This dining facility is incredibly tucked away in a scenic location. The cuisine in this luxurious restaurant is rather... extravagant in its prices as well as materials and ingredients. I exceedingly enjoyed visualizing the staff participating in theendeavor of preparing fine, fine cuisine. I absolutely enjoy spending my leisure hours in this majorly incredible restaurant.The view of the incredible staff showing tremendous joy while lighting their cigarette, and inhaling the nicotine infused smokewas rather exciting. I truly cannot imagine resting and enjoying apparel in this fine delectable restaurant in the nightly duskhours. Pizza arrived after 2 hours cold and looked like it was a couple days old. Second bad experience with this location.
Great deal. The food was delivered hot and quick. The driver was very friendly.
The Manager of this Pizza Hut, Tina, is FANTASTIC! I make sure to order when I know she is there as it's a completely different... experience with her there. OUTSTANDING service and great pizza and wings - EVERY TIME she is there!! Read more
The pizza from Pizza Hut is awesome and the delivery was great too. The food was still hot and the delivery person courteous and... friendly. They offer contactless delivery, and the order came pretty quick. Read more
We ordered online. Delivery was fast, the food was nice and hot. Delicious. Always good service here
***UPDATE**** Called and spoke to Tina, assuming the manager or assistant manager, 7.26.21 @ 11:45am. Resent the missing pizza... from last night; simply stated "sorry" for not answering the phone last night (no other reason given). I then, very clearlystated, although it will be denied by Tina that is was discussed, "As an inconvenience, please include a dessert cookie.". Howon earth does that sound like "I want to purchase a desert cookie"???!!!??? The driver showed up with the new pizza, cookie anda bill for 10.00. Took my pizza, sent the cookie back with the driver and called Tina. Who denied the conversation and stated,"If you would have called when the driver was there, I wouldn't have charged you.". Seriously!!!??? No thank you! Tina, yourcustomer service is reactive and bass ackwards. Will not EVER order from this location again. Will take my business elsewhere. Will also be contacting the franchise owner regarding phones not being answered and customers hung up on during business hoursand the severe lack of basic, proactive customer service skills. Normally do not have issues with this location. However, thisevening was the exception. Ordered at 8:36pm online and received my order at 10:36pm; minus my most expensive item, medium thinwith pepperoni, green peppers and onions that was replaced with a double order of bread sticks. Tried calling the storestarting at 10:40pm (closes at 11pm) and the phone rang and rang and was hung up on every single time. Hope management and/orthe franchise owner see this before I make a phone call when the Wesley Chapel location opens tomorrow. Not a happy customer... Read more
