Great, most of the time. I do wish they had the fountain drinks in the dining area. You have to ask at the counter for... refills, which can be difficult if they are busy. Customer Service is better then other McDonald's I've been to. They arefriendly, but sometimes no one is at the front for dine in customers. Some of us don't want to use the self order boards. Myfood has always been good. But overall, I will choose this location over the other McDonald's in the Waco area. Read more
This place is a disaster. We stopped inside to use restroom and ordered food to go. The place is full of people sitting at... empty tables with no food. I?m watching people cancel orders and walk out. I?ve been waiting 28 min now with no food in sight. Fortunately I?m not in a rush, and I currently have nothing else to do besides warn other people while we wait. Do yourself afavor and go down the road folks! Update - received our food after talking to the supervisor at 2:01p. Took 42 minutes. Surprisingly, considering how busy they are, the food is barely luke warm. I?m not sure how that?s possible. I am glad we are just passing through. It started with us not being served at the table, no exceptions, they yell your order... number.. no matter if you dine in. The food had missing items, sodas were less than desirable, their ketchup pump was out and Iasked for some packets.. never gave them to me. The bakery items were reheated (who knows how many times) just chewy dough. Theentire team doesn't like to leave the back work area. Again, glad I am just passing through. Read more
I have had several bad experiences at this my local McDonalds, from cold fries to completely wrong orders. This seems to be a... consistent problem. So I decided that I would order online and do a curbside pick-up. The app went well but then I waited on myorder for 15 minutes and there was no cars at the drive thru, so drove around to the drive thru and was told to come around tothe 1st window so I did, a young lady brought my food to me and I complained at how long it took and basically was handed myfood and I left. Brand new location! Very nice and clean inside and service was quick however it was a while after the lunch rush.
So?we haven?t been to McDonalds for probably 8 or more years. Every location in Waco was so awful, and ALWAYS out of ice cream.... I though we would give the West location a try because it?s new, so surely the ice cream machine must work. I have now gone 5times over the course of 4-5 weeks, and every single time we have had wonderful service in a timely fashion. Food is fresh andmy teenagers even comment how nice everyone is every time. Highly recommend! Oh- and their ice cream machine is always working! Read more
Horrible experience! First off, they're super slow! With about 10 employees in the back working at a snail's pace, and no in... store orders ahead of us, it took over 15 min to get our food. ???? Then, fries for one of the meals were barely warm, while theother 2 orders got hot fries, and they tried to tell us they're revamping the cups and these new 12oz cups are a medium ????even though it CLEARLY says this is a small fountain drink RIGHT ON THE CUP!! HELLLOO?!? I ordered a fountain drink, so this isa SMALL. I pointed out this out to the employee and they still tried to tell me it was a medium. Took over 10 min to get areplacement drink and fries. I actually left the counter since my food was at the table getting cold. After another few min,they FINALLY got the drink. How hard is it to replace cold fries and the wrong size drink?? No less than 4 employees asked mewhat I was waiting for and then proceeded to NOT get the drink after asking. Why?? Horrible service. The place looks brand new.Not a good way to get started! I never leave reviews, but after our experience, and watching people behind us also waiting 15-20+ min for their food AND having issues, I had to leave a review. RIDICULOUS!! Read more
This location is fairly new and it started off great when it first opened. But recently, they have been very disappointing! The... last few times I have ordered at the drive -thru, they seemed very disorganized and have been confused on what I ordered when Ireached the pick-up window. It appears the manager is not doing a very good job in training the employees to complete orderscorrectly and efficiently. Read more
