The thing about chain restaurants is that what you order in one place is exactly the same as what you get when you order at... another place. The Sbux in West has decided to not follow suit. From now on, we'll either go next door to Slovachek's or visitanother Sbux. Baristas packing food don't honor customer orders. When the question "Do you want that warmed up?" is answeredwith, "No, thank you." -- They nuke the food anyway. When the customer complains, the barista shrugs, laughs nervously, andsays, "sorry." Yeah. You're sorry, but I just paid for an item that wasn't prepared the way I ordered. I'll spend my moneyelsewhere. Read more
