My wife stopped today to pick up some sandwiches for the family. Unfortunately, she had forgotten to take the paper coupon... along, so she called home to have me read back the "code" so that she could get the discount. The response was something alongthe lines of " so sorry, we'll only accept the actual paper coupon." Being nicer than I am, she went ahead and placed the orderanyway. If it were me, I would have canceled the order and driven to one of the half dozen other fast food chains that arewithin a few blocks. This sort of customer unfriendly attitude bothers me. I don't think we'll be returning to Arby's anytimesoon. I'd say that the food was just average - not bad, not great. Read more

Just got the worst Arby's meal I've had from the 10743 W National Ave, West Allis, WI location. Both Roast beef sandwiches buns... are burnt, left a burnt taste in my mouth, The beef itself was almost as dry as the burnt buns they didn't put the marinarasauce with mozzarella sticks in the bag, My mom's fish sandwich tasted like it was cooked and then reheated she said, herwaffle fries were cold. absolutely done with this Arby's, old fries have been an issue for the last 3 visits, and now oldsandwiches are the new thing, called to complain, had to call repeatedly for 5 times in a row to get an answer. Manageroffered to replace, but honestly who wants another burnt sandwich ? Tried to finish the 1st sandwich couldn't even, the 2ndcouldn't even get half down it was so dry and burnt tasting.
