Have given them multiple tries because we do enjoy their food but this last one was just too much. Won't be going back. They... always seem to mess something up with our order. On our most recent visit we waited an extra 15 minutes from when our schedulespick up was. Thats understandable, but they literally didn't include half our to go order, and unfortunately we didn't realizethis until we got home because the other part of our order was in larger boxes (but still the small amount inside) so it lookedright at a glance. If they had a negative star they would have beyond the negative stars. I drove a half hour out of my way to come to this once... I've never had such an awful experience until tonight and any formal restaurant. I had to cancel our drinks food came to thetable wrong we got civil war when all our food was completed. I had to go up and get my children's own refills. We were here for2 hours. Tables went and gone that came in after us. The waiter is pure awful or not fully trained either way he should not bewaiting. I would not recommend this location to anybody. The wings were not fully cooked. The only meals that were actuallydecent were the burgers that other people got to enjoy I ended up never eating nor having anything but water. I will never comeback here again and the manager didn't do much. At the end of it we still paid $40 for food that was awful. Not to mention theother person we had at our table who paid another $30 for food. They truly need to shut this one down and hire all new staff andreevaluate what is happening inside of this building. Imagine if you will... 2 chicks at the same time while a midget rides a goat around the bed. THAT'S how great the service is.... Food is typical B dubs, nothing spectacular. The servers are what make this one the best around. Read more
Came here after being turned away down the road on mayfair for having too many people. Had a party of 8. We were seated right... away but had to wait just a little bit for a server which was fine we were in no rush. Food came fast and fresh. Overtipped thewaiter he was kind and attentive to the kids and kept checking on the table. I appreciated that! Will be back. Read more
Look at photos. Had to wait 25 mins to get a table. Manager was indifferent. Had excuse that they were short staffed. Yet... employees sitting at a table near us. We've never had a problem with this BW3s until today. Wings came out tough and cold. Wewill never go back to this one. Will drive the extra 15 minutes and go to New Berlin. Also asked for a Hightop near bar, wewere stuck by ourselves in front dining area. Read more
I called & placed an order for 10 traditional hot wings, celery, carrots and blue cheese. I also placed an order for 10 asian... zing boneless wings, celery and ranch, specifically in that order, word for word. I received fries with both my orders of wings,which would?ve been fine but I don?t care for BWW?s fries, they come in super small portions and it also caused my total to goup by about $5 bucks($2.50 ish per box of wings). My boneless wings also weren?t covered in sauce all the way, and were veryhard. Overall not the best experience. Also, the online website won?t let me make a carry out order until 3:20pm, but therestaurant opens at 11. ???? I?d have preferred to order online so the fries mistake wouldn?t happen but, oh well. Went there tonight for bogo boneless wings and it was terrible. The boneless wings were all dried out. Probably cooked to long.... Hardly any sauce on wings. It was all dried up like it was sitting under a heat lamp too long. The order said pick up at 7:30pmand I was right on time so it's not like I was late and it was sitting. The top of one of the boxes had a bunch of crud on itlike someone touched it with there dirty fingers. Tried to call corporate number to file a complaint and got hung up on. Ordered wings to go around 8:30pm and then went back by the bar to wait for our order. After 20 minutes and no bartender showing... up, we gave up trying to get a beer and went back to the front to wait for our order. We don?t get here often, but it seems thequality of the food has gone down. We ordered 20 wings and they were pretty small. Read more
