Blown away by the customer service and overall experience. Received a "be our guest" card to stop by this location and decided... to dine inside. Everything was super clean, all of the employees were very friendly and went out of their way for each and everycustomer which you just don't see that nowadays. Kudos to Ariel! She took my order at the register, discounted my total with mybe our guest card and even offered a refill on my drink on my way out. I'm honestly just so impressed by the staff here, togreet every customer on their way in, have a happy and smiling face, and ensure your customers are having a great experience,it's just really special. It's easy for people to be negative and hate on people in the customer service industry withoutrealizing what hard work it is. Many don't realize the dedication it takes to create such a positive experience and most don'texpect this of a fast food dining establishment. I just ordered Uber eats to my job, when my order came in I noticed I was missing a couple items so I gave them a call and the... guy that answered helped get these missing items to me, they literally drove to me. This was my first time to a Chick-fil-A ever, and the staff was amazingly pleasant and patient with me as I navigated ordering... for the first time from their menu. Unfortunately, I could not read the sign so the young lady working the cashier patientlywalked me through all the different flavors of sauces Chick-fil-A offers.
