Visited their truck at Food Truck Friday A few weeks ago in West Allis. Prices were insane. I paid $13 for a brisket sandwich... and got a generic burger bun with less than half a cup of meat. Best BBQ. Period. I've gotten FireWise multiple times, and the food is always so tender and juicy. The sauce is fantastic. The... sides are fresh and compliment the meat so well. Best food to ever hit the West Allis/New Berlin area. Our family also gotcatering, and it was a huge treat for everyone at the party. This is an easy decision for any occasion. Get it! Read more
Not sure what the negative reviews are all about..but FireWiseBBQ is absolutely fantastic! I always get the Pork Belly Sandwich.... Their Sauces are tasteful and creative. I like the option of being able to put my own sauces on my food or mix and match to finda flavor profile I like. Now stop reading this review and go try them! Had a brisket sandwich from their food truck. Was mildly disappointed to find that it was pulled instead of sliced. Made me... concerned that that might be because it lasts overnight better shredded than sliced. Edit: Thanks for letting me know slicedbrisket sandwiches are available. Worth another ?. Read more
Slab of ribs were sure tender but also not taken to a temp to reduce the amount of fat in them. Making them the fattiest slab I... have yet to encounter across the nation. No joke. Flavor was bland and nothing special at all. Pulled pork was dry too. Comeon. Do better. Competition is fierce! Read more
I was lucky enough to get there on a day when their daily special was brisket chili. Oh my it's incredible. Beef brisket is so... tender, the cornbread is a soft and moist. I wish they were in the Menards parking lot all the time. Read more
I found their trailer in the Menard's parking lot on May 7th, 2020 around 3pm. Now let say I only have three stars because they... were out of many menu items due to being sold out. I guess I should have found them earlier. We were able to order pulled porksandwiches from the few items left. The meat was shredded beautifully and still moist. With some sauce that they offer it was aperfect sandwich. I did add a little salt which is just my preference. I will be back to visit them soon so I can share moreinsight she feedback. Read more
Saw this truck on the way to an errand. Had to make stop afterwards. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with bbq baked beans and... potato salad and then a three meat plate of pulled pork, pulled chicken and chopped brisket. Each item was absolutely delicious.Barbecue was moist and tender with good portions for price point. And food was served quickly by friendly staff. Will stop byagain! Read more
