Used to be one of my favorite places: welcoming hostess, well stocked clean buffet, clean dining area. Flash forward post covid... and it's all gone. The hostess was not friendly, the buffet is a mess with a lot of empty containers and wilted lookingvegetables, and the dining area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. I understand it is hard to get good people to worknow, but what a shame. Read more

This place food is always good? Typically I would give 4/5 starts but this time is different. I had Candice as my waitress and... when I asked her for more ranch and drinks she rolled her eyes at me. The cook just put my food on the gril and walked away fromit leaving it like rubber. I asked them to refill a sauce for me and they rolled their eyes and just put a cover over the emptysauce. Like I said I typically enjoy this place very much but all it takes is one bad time. This was my bad time. Read more

Interesting place to eat. Essentially fill a small bowl with raw ingredients and give it to staff to cook. Three of us had... dinner and it was about $60. It is all you can eat, with a lot of variety in food and sauces. The ingredients cook down, andmake pretty small plates. I noticed some people filling two bowls, which Is a good idea so you aren't up and down to the line. Read more

Used to be great with welcoming staff. Today, 9-15-22, staff were all strangers + a snippy supervisor, who demanded to know our... allergies. When she didn't get her answer, she said, "You know we no longer have shrimp!" (as if that's the only food allergy,what nerve.) Read more

Food is always excellent.... But the place really needs to be cleaned. Sticky counters and floors and food all over the floor. I... assume it's just because they are short staffed but could really use a good cleaning. I highly recommend the cheesecake Rangoontough. Read more

Arrived at the restaurant a little over an hour before it closed, but waited for 30 minutes (15 for someone to greet us, 5 more... to be seated, 10 minutes to have anyone come over to our table) before we started to eat. There were only two servers so Iunderstand being behind, but we weren?t able to start eating for a long period of time. When we went up for our second plate (25minutes before closed) the short, bald, beady eyed chef made the comment (along the lines of) ?we are basically closed and youguys are coming up now.? Extremely rude and disrespectful comment that will never make me come back to this location. Was alsosurprised to see that the manager was not out there helping the servers. I?ve been coming here since day one and it was one on the first restaurant we were willing to come to when things started... opening up again with the pandemic. Sanitizer and gloves readily available and dividers between booths. Food is always greatand you can?t get a friendly bunch of people that work here. From management, to waitstaff to the grillers, they are allfriendly and accommodating. The 2 for $25 on select days can?t be beat. You pick your food and the sauces so you never have tohave the same dish twice, so your options are endless. Read more

The concept is great but the delivery is standard. Maybe it was the time of day we went, 7pm and they close at 8pm, but we... weren't thrilled with the experience. There are lots of options of meats and vegetables, they cook it in front of you, then putyour piping hot food on a cold plate. By the time you sit down and start eating, the top is hot and the bottom has cooled fromthe plate. Read more
