Went at 4:30pm, was friendly guy working counter and a lady making sandwiches. They did a great job and sandwiches were 10/10.... We tried both a hot and cold subs, definitely will return again. Read more

Totally incompetent staff at 6531 S.27 in Franklin. 6 sandwiches ordered over the phone and asked if they had it correct. ... Upon getting the food the order was all wrong. Employees repeatedly messed them up a second and third time. Another employeekept arguing with us regarding the order and blamed us for their mistake. The worst mistake was a BLT that had just the breadand bacon! No lettuce, tomato, or mayo! If there was a manager they had no business sense, and did not attempt to resolve theissue at all. Shay and her team are amazing!! After having a horrible experience with doordash, she took the BEST care of me! Went above and... beyond to contact me personally be sure my order was correct, made with love, and on top of that was concerned about keeping mypersonal information protected. I just can't say enough except everyone needs a store manager like Shay!!! Everyone needs tostop in and experience her welcoming smile and positive attitude and energy. Came for a sub end I never eat Jersey Mike?s but was craving it for some reason. It?s 7:30pm they close at 9 according to their... website yet they are closed and no sign explaining that they closed early. My guess is understaffed but at least communicatewith customers by putting a sign up. Read more
