I ordered Jets today because I knew I could not go wrong and I knew I would get great quality food like I always do when I order... from here unlike other places and let me tell you I am so glad I made that decision because I ordered a little after they openedand my food still came extremely fast and hot. My triple cheese turbo sticks were hot delicious and awesome and my ranch wasranchin I'm not sure if they make they own ranch homemade or not but it was excellent with the great bread sticks. First and last time ordering been waiting 2 hours called shop pizza was still at store at 1 hour20 minutes said it would be next... out, not so much quite sure it will be old and cold and getting a refund will surely be great fun. Read more
ONLINE ORDER WILL NOT GO THROUGH BUT THEY WILL STILL TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT... Watch out for this place...last night... their online ordering was not working, I tried to place an order and it said something went wrong so I waited a couple ofminutes and then tried again and received the same message. I decided to call somewhere else to order pizza. I went on tocheck my account and it showed 2 charged my card 2 times ($77.00). I called the store and they said that the money will bereturned in 2 to 3 days. I said for an order that wasn't even placed...how can they take money for something that wasn't evendone?!?!? I asked to speak to the manager and the man who acted like a little boy told me he was the manager and refused togive me his name and told me to call back in 3 days when he is gone to college. Normally very good but this time there was so much sauce on one of my pizzas I could have made another pizza. Also would have... been helpful to know that they nolonger have their own delivery drivers & are using Doordash. I would have picked up my pizza. Iwould never use a food delivery service/person that did not work directly for the establishment I've ordered from. The Doordashdriver was half dressed with no bra on, chomping on something as she came out of the car & up to my door. Then she proceeded totalk to me about her personal life & why she was having difficulty walking straight. Extremely disappointed with this order &I'm not sure I'll be ordering again. Read more
So Detroit style deep dish pizza supreme and an order of bread sticks. Picked up on the way home because it was convenient and... my wife likes it better that others places. It not award winning but a tasty dinner. Read more
Ordered a NY style chicken BBQ pizza and was delivered someone else's order. I called the store immediately and they contacted... the driver and told me he was on his way back and they'd get it sorted and get me the correct pizza. I didn't hear anything for30 min so I called back and explained the situation to the person who answered. They're response was, "So what can I do foryou?" I asked am I gonna get the pizza I ordered and he said yeah it should be there in about 30 min. I waited another 45 minand still nothing so I called back and explained the situation again and got hung up on. I called again and the manager answeredand told me he would cancel the order and I would get my money back on my card in 3-5 business days. I never got my money back,I had to dispute it with the card servicer. Terrible service, didn't own up to the mistakes at all and continuously mishandledthe situation. 7.2 overall pizza. Better than dominos. Pizza Hut, papa johns. In the same conversation as Rocky?s. Pricing was good. $32 for a... large Detroit pie and small thin crust. Crust on Detroit style was great. Sauce is definitely a little sweet. Red pepper flakeshelped out with that. Thin crust my girlfriend loved, but too greasy for me. Fast and police service. Read more
Ya'll if you have not been here you have been living with the flinstones because it's a new era in pizza when you go here. From... the buttery garlic crust to the cheese that just melts and gives you thst deep dish Chicago taste. I can't stop and I wont stopwhen it come to this place. Order online and pickup with ease.
