Sandwich Bun for a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich bottom was cut in half. Waiter said he would change the bun. 50% Onion Rings were... charcoal burnt. Told waiter about Onion Rings right away. He told the cook and he said the cook are going to try a different wayto make them next time. I get the bill I was charged $2.00 more than the menu price.$14.00 to $16.00. After several times oftalking to our waiter he took off the sandwich bill.Then I remember coming here once in the summer for first time. My friend Sheordered a drink special on card for $6.00. Went for the first time last night. Atmosphere is nice, the patio is great and the staff are all friendly. The onion rings were... amazing. The salted caramel brandy old fashioned was fun and tasty. The fish fry was just OK tho. I think the batter was maybetoo thick, not crispy enough and the fish was just the slightest bit tough. The sweet potato fries were good, asked for no sugaron them! I would go back and try some other menu items, saw several dishes come out that looked good! Read more

Good food, not great service. Went here twice in the last 3 weeks. First time came with a group of friends. We wanted to have... drinks and eat dinner. Most of us drank the first round before getting our food. We were never asked if we wanted more drinksand the server was with us for like 2 seconds after we got our food so we couldn?t even ask for more drinks. Had to ask for ourcheck after we had been done with our food for like 30 mins. Then, came here for brunch. Started off good, but then had my cardon the table visible to the waitress for no joke 30 minutes before she acknowledged it and we could pay and leave. I get they?reshort staffed, but as someone part of the service industry they can do better. Disappointed and frustrated because they do havegood food, but the service is really frustrating. Read more
Food was ok. Wings, patty melt and smash burger were good. Taco salads were very bland. And we were told they had no seasoning... or sauce to make it enjoyable. Wasn't very busy, but our order for 7 people took an hour to get. One person's food wasn't made.The waitress said it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the Reuben was brought to the table. This was the first time here and I had a great experience the staff was friendly the food was fat and hot.price was just right.... You could bring the kids here there is a kids menu. Fun environment very clean. I will be a return customer. Read more
We did the Natty Oaks Christmas Chalet with two other friends and their child and us and our child. Very well worth the time.... Santa was great, service was good and food was good. Highly recommend it as a great way for your kids to have a personalexperience with Santa!! Read more
