Drive thru lady had a poor attitude. They forget utensils, sauce packets, and their drinks are sour (they need to change the box... in the back). After reading other recent reviews, I did notice others with the same sauce packet issue. If it?s the bossestelling them to give us only 1, I?d say it?s 3 stars not 2. Be prepared to get out of your car and have to go back in and figureit out. Miller parkway Panda Express is far superior if you have a little time. Read more

This location never fails to be super unenthusiastic about working drive up. Then when you tell them everything you want... including sauce they manage to not give it to you. Then look at you wildly when you?re still at the window and ask for the sauceyou asked for originally. The workers are not motivated to work here at all and it shows in the work they do and body languagethey put out. Food was good though. Read more

Ok I was going to leave this alone and not complain but I can't because this is ridiculous this is literally my third time... coming here early when they open around 10:45am and of course nothing no food is hardly cooked except for the sides and 2entrees it's like why do Panda Express open at 10:30am but hardly nothing is cooked then open at 11am then instead of at10:30am. They had no sweet sour sauce so I asked for packets this lady literally gives me 1 sweet and sour sauce packet. I'mjust done with them for a while. Read more

We were more or less refused service because we wanted to do two transactions while in the drive thru. Sorry you all are so... incompetent that you can?t handle more than one transaction? Lol but it?s fine if you truly don?t want people to be patrons ofyour business. Burger King can handle it tho ???? Read more

What an awesome customer service team and cooks. Do super busy last night about 7:30pm but that staff was friendly and helpful. ... Those 5 employees were working their butts off with a never ending line of customers. Very impressive team. Hope your employergives you all a raise ???? Read more

I was here a few weeks ago. Tried to use a coupon that was sent in the mail for BOGO bowls. I was having a rough day so I wanted... some panda.....when I went to pay they told me that I had already used the coupon, which I hadn't and it was still well beforethe expiration date. They confiscated the coupon and offered me a measly $2 off my order instead... I left crying as it had beena bad day and all I wanted was some Chinese food. When I emailed panda corporate they said without the coupon (which was takenby the employees) they couldn't help me. So I guess I will be finding another place as the whole company is very disorganizedand rude especially when it comes to coupons. Read more

They have nothing in vegetarian menu not even veggies. In current scenario each and every restaurant is keeping vegan/vegetarian... option and they had absolutely nothing for entree You have to eat plain rice or noodles.
