I just wanted to thank this location for taking their business seriously. I had just come from the Greenfield location and was... so completely put off by the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service, and similar experiences in the past, I decided to leave for the next closest location. I placed my order on the ride over. When I went in I was greeted immediatelyand asked for the name on my order. It was ready and handed to me with a smile and I was thanked for my business. I went to this place and order a chicken quesadilla then I asked the girl if she can make in to a crust quesadilla she rolled... her eyes at me and open the grill just threw some cheese all up set and started mumbling with a co-worker looking at me. Thequesadilla was over cooked and on my bowl she was asking me with attitude what do I want and was throwing the topping with areally NASTY attitude that food end up on the garbage. I called the manager from home she just said I apologize they don?t careat all. The next day I went to this location to speak to the general manager and it was the same one from the Night Shift I askher politely if she has a couple minutes to discuss my frustration she told me in front of all the customer men I already toldyou there?s nothing I can do only talk to my employee with a terrible attitude. Refused to give me any number where I can call.Honestly I go there every week now I will have to travel farther never there. Very sad and poor staff. I do doordash and order myself food. Extremely rude horrible attitude employees. I had my daughter order her food to give her... experience. She was so upset how they talked to her. I will still do the doordash deliveries because I need to get the customerthere food but will be eating at the new Berlin location better service better portions just better overall. Read more
Incredibly rude employees. No greeting or smile at all. Treated us like we were a burden and annoyed we were there. When we... asked a question about an item on the menu the employees were very bothered and looked at the menu and then back at us as if tosay "yeah what about it". The restaurant was relatively dirty as well. A girl with red and dark hair behind the register didntspeak or make eye contact. Ordered through Uber but, found a long black hair in my food. Called the store and they told me to contact Uber. Seriously...I... did contact them but they didn't make the food! Shouldn't your employees be held accountable for disgusting food service. Read more
Extremely rude staff. Nasty behavior. They were just angry and fuming for God knows what. My advice is if u r not interested to... work go sit at home. They were not interested to serve the food properly, did not let us select the sauces or toping. U justlost a customer.
