Never in my life have I encountered more rude and disrespectful customer service than in this Wendy?s drive thru. Teach your... employees how to have a normal human interaction please because they clearly don?t know how. Also if the dine in area is closed(which it was), mark as such both on the door and online. Posted hours are until 11 PM, got there before 10:30 PM and no one was there/building was dark. Waste of my gas and time,... haven't been to Wendy's for years and obviously won't go again because they don't honor their own hours. Garbage company, pleaseclose already. Read more

Got my order correct, nice new drive through lane, very pleasant on the intercom, and zero trash buildup outside the building.... It's also next to a festival foods, so that's a plus Read more

This was my first time visiting this location on Sept. 7th, 2022, at lunch time, and I must say my family, as well as myself,... were very impressed with the quality of the food. My dad, who is a senior citizen, is very hard to please and he was the firstone to give them a compliment - I was shocked. The only thing I had a problem with was with the person taking the order via thedrive-thru. Since I was ordering baked potatoes with each meal I expressed to her that I was going to need salt packets, extrabutter, and enough forks and knives. She said that it would not be a problem but when I received my orders ALL the items weremissing. She failed to communicate my request to the person that was filling my orders. The sad thing about it was that thatperson was the manager and she was standing right next to her and she did not turn to her manager and convey myrequest. Because I had a large order I was asked to pull forward and told someone would come out and bring me my orders, so Idid what she asked. So what transpired was that the manager came out with my orders and as I started looking in the differentbags I noticed my request was not honored. So I conveyed this to the manager and bless her soul she must have had to returnback and forth about 3 times to bring me the items that I originally requested. I was impressed by her demeanor. Never oncedid she display her disdain for having to go back and forth so many times. She kept her composure and was very apologetic -which is a rarity these days. So thank you Ms. Manager for expressing professionalism that day. Read more

Only drive through breakfast from what I saw. Pull over and wait. Hopefully they bring out what you ordered they run right back... in. My wife tried knocking on the side door to see how long we had to wait to no avail. And of course her french toast was notin the bag when we got home. Read more

Wait was long. But that was understandable. When i ordered my food two separate people took my order. When I got to the window... they only had part of my order and when I said that was incorrect the person at the window said I would have to go back throughbc items cannot be added at the window. Highly annoyed someone else stepped in and was willing to make the adjustment to correctmy order! Read more
