I like this Dunkin. It's small, doesn't always have a large selection, but the counter people are fast and friendly.
I asked for iced hazlenut coffee medium they gave me a hot medium coffee so i said something to the guy he said no problem.i... will replace it for you and he went to do that and i was standing right there and the girl said to him just add the hot coffeeto it and thats whaylt he did i was in shock and i didnt want to cause a seen so i took it and also after she said it she knew iheard she looked roght at me i had to add sugar and no hazlenut and it was warm and ice melted fast so i didnt even drink it andyes it bothered me all day so i am writing this review.. just one more thing maybe they pay attention a little more it would ofbeen better Read more
Can?t do it any longer myself, trying to eat better and once in awhile treat myself. But getting food there is like a casino,... you lose more than you win. I always get dunkin donuts and this was my first time coming to this one. It will be my last time coming to this location. I... asked to use the bathroom before I ordered because I had come from far. The lady looked at me with such a rude face and said nojust a bland no. I asked if I bought something as a customer would I be able to use her bathroom and again she says no. Therewas no explanation, I asked her why and she said no. I?m not sure what this woman?s name is but she was very rude and didn?teven give me her time of day. She just kept saying no to me before I finally walked out while she was rolling her eyes. Thislady needs to be fired. As a customer and a worker at another dunkin in farmingdale you should always treat ur customers withrespect. And the customers should be able to use the bathroom unless it is out of order. Read more
