The studying environment is great but the food is kinda average and overpriced. I don?t really do reviews but when I do I feel the need the person needs to be recognized!! The manager at this particular West... Babylon location Lisa Went above and beyond to accommodate an order that was wrong prior to dealing with her. She was extremelyrespectful and willing to help will do anything to make a customer happy!! That is what you call good customer service and weneed more managers/ employees like Lisa!! Read more
Had a difficult time finding a semi clean table to dine on. A few of them had dirty dishes left on them. The other tables... clearly needed to be wiped down from previous diners. The hour spent here these dishes were still there when I left. During apandemic I expected better from the staff. Not likely to return to this location. Read more
I go to Panera Bread all the time. I love their food. Everything they have on the menu is so good. This was my 1st time coming... to this location. The one by my house seems to be very busy all the time every time I go it's packed with people. But this timeat this location it wasn't that busy which I like especially since we are still pandemic and there's a possibility that peoplestill can get very sick. I will definitely come back again to this location I liked it a lot. This stuff here was very helpful,Professional and friendly. They seem to be knowing what their doing even though there are alot of students who works here. They seem to Be very clean and organized. I definitely will come and eat here again. ???? Read more
