Went with a large group, had reservation. We didn't get seated together, ordering was a mess, food was forgotten. 2 people had... the spaghetti and didn't eat it. The dining was not a great experience for the elite party. The spirit tasting was good and a.Ice variety. Read more

Came as a walk in group of 12. We were informed of a 20%gratuity for a party of 12. No problem. The issues began when we were... told we were not going to be seated together. That broke our party up. We were now three groups of four. We ordered as couplesto make our tickets easier. I ordered after the other couple at our table. Ordered an appetizer and then our food. Waitress tookthe orders of all three tables at the same time. There were parties with reservations that came in and we were told that ourfood orders were pushed back since they had reservations. The other two tables had their food and were done eating before weever received ours. Our appetizer was brought out with our food, when asked why it took so long we were informed we ordered itin the wrong order so they put it in as part of our food. My husbands lasagna came out cold and when sent back a new piece wasbrought out cold a second time. It was inexcusable. Water was accidentally spilled and when it happened the person pouring itsaid well I guess drinks on me, it was all over. When we finally got our tickets we were all still charged 20% gratuity on eachticket. It was ridiculous! Needless to say we will not return. Read more

Service was good. Music was good. Wine is good. I wanted Lobster Ravioli that I have ordered there for years. They were out of... it. I got the Shrimp Alfredo. The bread was good. The shrimp was hot and it tasted good. BUT, the alfredo was barely warm thatquickly went to totally cold. The former owners sent all the pasta out on very hot plates and the food was always very hot. Thisjust did not add up. I have eater there many times. Read more

Highly recommended, but surrounding area is parking lots... not nature as shown in one of their photos. Pizza topping was good... but crust was so-so. Shrimp Alfredo was okay. Cannoli was so hard, almost needed a steak knife to cut it Flavor was good butsmall for an $8 price. Those looking for a winery drinking experience will enjoy this but food is an afterthought. I took my wife here for a date night and I was thrilled with the experience. We have always enjoyed eating at the restaurant in... the French Lick winery and were sad to hear of the former occupants' decision to close due to issues caused by the pandemic. However, Drift Coastal has stepped in to fill the void in a big way. The atmosphere is now more upscale and the waitstaff isvery professional. The menu contains many of the old favorites and the food is delicious. Read more

The food is very good but a bit on the expensive side we went on a Saturday and waited over an hour to get our food and i would... have ordered more expensive entries had it not taken 45min to order also I would have given a four star if the waitress wasn'tmore concerned with the bigger party next to us which I understand but not very professional or fair to smaller parties. theowner is very nice and worked very hard to give good service overall if you have the money and it's not a busy night I wouldrecommend it Read more

Coming out of COVID and in a rural area of Indiana, Drift Coastal has done a fabulous job! The food is wonderful, our server... (Nicole) was so sweet and helpful explaining the two businesses in one - the restaurant and the French Lick Winery. And theprices for the quality of food were amazing! A refreshing change from the prices at the two resorts across the street. We atehere twice in 5 days...yes, it is that good! Read more

New restaurant in the winery is a perfect fit. Traditional Italian and Mediterranean offerings paired with crafted booze and... vino. We had apps and craft drinks. The mussels and scampi were great. The scampi was a little lemon dominant but that was anice twist on this old school fav. I have been all over the east coast sampling mussels and these are by far my favorite. Jaronour server was skilled and attentive. 5 /stars. . Read more
