I ordered online for curbside pickup. I do this at the Paradise location all the time without any problems. I arrived a few... minutes before my pickup time, so I wasn't expecting it to be ready. I checked in online and waited...and waited...then Idecided to call in. I was immediately placed on hold. After a total wait of 15 minutes past my pickup time and being on holdwith nobody speaking to me, I went inside. I waited some more at the counter and I could see my order sitting there. I finallygot to speak to the girl and she gave me my order. I got all the way home and realized I didn't have the chips I ordered. Iknow it's the day before Xmas Eve and they were busy and there were only 3 people working, but I thought it was ridiculous towait that long. I'm wishing I hadn't left the 10% tip. Read more
If your looking for the "Best Sub" Cousins of West Bend on Washington ST is your place. My favorite is the original cheese steak... on italian bread. They also reheat very in the microwave if you have left overs. The next best sub is the tuna on italian breadwith sum extra mayo. Anytime you stop in. I have always loved Cousins subs!! They are my favorite even with all the new sub places opening up. Over the years, prices at... cousins have gone up quite a bit which sucks. The food at this location is always really fresh and delicious. I order online andit's always ready when I get there. Read more
