You offer free delivery on weekends and pass the 1 hour plus wait on door dash. You off the delv. They are your... responsibility. 2nd you did not seal the bag and put the receipt in the bag. Which means delivery person is putting there handin the bag !! 3rd the receipt got put into the wrong bag, and the wrong order was delivered. 4th when we call you act likeyou're not sure what to do, and try to figure out what happened. 5 I don't care what happened, ask to redo order orrefund. 1hour 20 min. As always, this particular location exceeds expectations!! Online order was ready on time, staff was friendly, establishment was... clean, food was excellent! My only complaint is how the prices have gone up, and it feels like the subs have gotten smaller..But that's every Cousins. Read more
The food was good and the service was amazing!! My son and I had lunch here to honor our friend. The owner is donating proceeds... from every sale of ham and turkey subs to the family of Anna, who tragically lost her life recently. I will happily support thisbusiness. Read more
I love Cousin's. But this is hands down the best location ever. Their food is fresher, their bread is softer, the ingredients... are of the highest quality. Locally franchised by a truly compassionate, caring member of our community. Besides this food beingdelicious and the staff being outstanding, the owner does wonderful things for our community in gives back to so many charities,and does positive things for healthcare workers etc. I just don't know this place is so much better than all the rest. And Iknow it begins with the food and the next step is a staff, and his staff is amazing. The manager Pam is nothing short ofamazing. She will assure that your order is correct, hot, fresh. You will be asked if you need utensils if you need napkins, ifyou want your receipt. They will talk to you about reward points. And they will leave you with a smile on your face. Currentlynow they are featuring a Muenster Mash sandwich that is absolutely delicious. You can get steak or chicken, I chose steak,Muenster cheese, bacon and optional pepper Mash jam. Better bread, better subs, poorer service. Called in my order for pickup. Had to repeat each item 3 times. Asked for 2 bags of... onion and garlic chips 3 times. Came in to pay. Clerk said that we had 4 bags coming. I told him I ordered 2. Do they neededhearing aids. Read more

Every time we come in we get the same cashier. She doesn?t wear a name tag but she wears clear glasses and has a nose piercing.... She never greets us or even says hi. This time we walked in and I deliberated didn?t say anything and she just stared at us. Iwaited an awkward amount of time not saying anything assuming she?d have to finally say hi or something and she didn?t.
