Well I don't know why I keep trying. Kentucky fried Chicken continues to disappoint! We got to the restaurant at about 6:30 p.m.... and we're told that we would have to wait for food because everything was turned off. They're open until 8:00 there were carsbehind me in the Drive-Thru and they had all the fryers shut down. So I waited for my order and when we finally received thefood we had biscuits that were dough in the middle and chicken that you couldn't bite into. If the fryers had to be turned onand you were watching what you were doing how could you over cook every single piece of chicken that we had and undercook everybiscuit? Does anyone even own this restaurant or review with the employees rules and regulations? Stay far far away from Westbend Kentucky fried Chicken too many chances were given and they failed at everyone! Read more
OMG. What a waiste of money. Two years ago we bought KFC and it was all oily and tasted like yesterday's chicken. So we said we... not buying from them again. So today we thought we will try it again maybe they changed. Nope they never did. The chicken was sohard you could not bite into it. It tasted old like it was warmed in a microwave. The fries were oily.. The food was not evenwarm. Such a disappointment. KFC was once a good place to go toget good chicken. Not anymore.. sorry but you won't see us anytime soon.. Read more
Idk how you can mess up a kfc order. Our drinks didn't have ice, they didn't give us one of the mac and cheese dishes we ordered... and they didn't give us the mash potatoes that was supposed to come with the order. On top of it, half of the tenders were coldand old. Read more
Nasty and disgusting. Chicken piece has somebody hair in it. Got my order all wrong. I didn't order breat and got whole bunch of... breast and it's supposed to be Crispy but it's not. Missing gravy. Never go there again. Read more
We got there around 4pm. The drive through was very fast. The guy at the window was polite. However, our side orders were not... correct. They left out two Mac and cheese and gave us two potatoes and gravy instead. Also, the chicken tenders were not fresh,nor were the chicken pieces. We were disappointed in the food quality. Read more
Lately my experience has been awful, the staff is rude and the hours of operation are awful (who closes at 6pm - Rushhour dinner... time). The last time I went I was in the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me. I pull up and the individual said "We're closed"and that was that. Not another word. I'm waiting for the time when the restaurant closes for good, I don't see how they'remaking any money. Never any cars in the parking lot/drive-thru. Read more
I ordered a beyond combo online, and arrived about 5 minutes before it was said to be ready. There was no one in line and my... food was ready early! Everything was warm, but the fries were a bit soggy. Very fast and friendly. Read more
I?ve never been to the west bend location but I?ve been to many other locations and I always see the same thing it seems so I... always check the reviews to make sure I don?t waist my time and hard earned money and good thing I did because your reviews areawful and you should probably do something about that because that?s just disgraceful. KFC used to be one of my favorite placeto get food until KFC just started letting these restaurant employees run with zero quality control and do nothing to fix it.Maybe raise your wages and get some actual employees that are more than door and window greeters!!! KFC really needs to learnhow to run a successful business because it?s beyond ridiculous the way they let some of these restaurants fall to the ground. Read more
