Customer service is terrible. I ordered a large order for a work party and had it ordered. I ordered through the website and it... was delivered through DoorDash. I called the store and the person on the phone did not even say hi. I told her I placed an orderand gave her my name. I told her I was missing a pizza, I ordered 5 pizzas and only received 5. She said I was wrong and thatshe knew she gave the delivery driver 5 pizzas. I said well I received 4 to which she said again I was wrong because she gavehim 5. I understand that this error was possibly on DoorDash but I was not expecting this lady to snap at me the way she didwhen all I did was tell her what I received. She was very nasty and rude. SECOND time I have eaten here and got increadably SICK!!! Not sure what happened but I used to go here all the time. NEVER... AGAIN!!! Things have improved but still get a questionable pizza about 10% of the time but the value justifies the risk. I eat here at... least 2 times a week. Also, Add extra most bestest cheese to the menu on the app for about 7$ which is better than the 11$ Iused to pay. ---- From 2020 I realize that Little Caesars it's supposed to be a cheap pizza for people who are in a hurry...However, when I order a thin crust extra cheese pizza that cost me $11 and I can't even count on them to put the extra cheese onit half of the time... that says it all. July 15 A-day of appreciation. Today I needed to do some errands in West Bend. After I was done I decided to pick up lunch for... my kiddos.. Use the app as usual and got my order placed, and not even giving it a second thought, I assumed I did it right. Well it turns out I did not. I placed my order for fond da lac store, so as I went in to get my order from the West bend storeis when I noticed the mistake I had made. I apologize to the teller and told her I had to go and Get my order from a differentlocation. I was so embarrassed. I wasn't rude or anything I was just in embarrased because I did something so careless. Just atthat moment a man came out and said don't worry I can help you. I will make your order here and call and cancel your order upthere. It's a 45 minute drive I can have a done in no time for you. I'll call up there in you'll have nothing to worry about. Itwas truly an act of extraordinary kindness. He didnt even re-charge me for my mistake. I had know idea he was the manager untila nice lady next to me told me. I absolutely love this location of little Caesars. I come here fequently for quick meals whenwe're out and about, and my kids love their food. The food is always absolute delicious!
