If it?s not a weekday, during the day. Don?t bother going. Lines are incredibly slow, even tried online ordering and it took... twice as long to get the food than if we went through the drive-thru which would have took a good 10 minutes with how the linewas moving. Read more

Mcdonalds - West Bend. The service was terrible. The employees were more interested in talking to friends who came in than... servicing customers. I ordered a cone from my app and a large soda. 10 minutes later I had to ask to get my cone. My grandsonused his app to order a happy meal (free with 6000 pts) the happy meal sat in the back until I asked what happened to his order.Then the employee handed it to him, food was cold and he didn't get the fries he ordered.
