If it?s not a weekday, during the day. Don?t bother going. Lines are incredibly slow, even tried online ordering and it took... twice as long to get the food than if we went through the drive-thru which would have took a good 10 minutes with how the linewas moving. Read more

Ordered two meals, both orders of fries were extremely old and inedible. Some were too hard to bite through. And the sandwichs... were lackluster. It's sad that both McDonald's in West Bend are terrible. Read more
Went through drive thru and the guy who took my order was very rude when I asked if my free fries was free still when it said I... had to pay for it and he answered ?yup they are still free? in a very disrespectful way I do not recommend going here! Read more
Mcdonalds - West Bend. The service was terrible. The employees were more interested in talking to friends who came in than... servicing customers. I ordered a cone from my app and a large soda. 10 minutes later I had to ask to get my cone. My grandsonused his app to order a happy meal (free with 6000 pts) the happy meal sat in the back until I asked what happened to his order.Then the employee handed it to him, food was cold and he didn't get the fries he ordered. The restaurant was not busy by anymeans. Now I know why. Read more
