Might be the best pizza in Washington county. Thin crust is fantastic, very tasty.

Never had a bad meal there. Never picked up a bad meal from there. I?ve been all around the world New York City Italy LA Alaska.... New York City Pizza is OK it?s kind of Gracian floppy and crisp enough for me but to each their own you know that?s what makesit so cool about visiting different places and trying different things. I can literally go there and get a bacon cheeseburger apizza a fish dinner a chicken dinner and a choice of lasagna to feed six people that all have different appetites can?t beat it.And do not forget about the ribs or sleep on them. Yum Read more

Pizza - was not impressed. Crust tasted like cardboard. Very bland tasteless cheese. Sausage was nothing to brag about. I... cannot understand how they got best pizza in West Bend. The cooks though were very nice and hospitable. I guess I'm use toreal authentic pizza like the Italian restaurants and pizzerias on the east side of Milwaukee and Momma Mias. Read more

I grew up in the Rockford, IL area, where there?s a great pizza place on every other street corner. My bar was set low when it... came to finding decent local pizza when I originally moved to Slinger and even then, I was still extremely disappointed by allof the local offerings I had tried in the first year or so that I lived there. I ended up working in West Bend and one day, some coworkers ordered what genuinely smelled and looked like extremely good pizza. Had never even heard of nor seen the placewhen they told me it came from Michaleno?s. I tried a slice of what I assumed was just basic pepperoni pizza and my god, did ittaste GREAT. I was really hungry when this all happened and thought that had played a heavy factor into my opinion, so I wantedto try it by myself at some point. About 2 weeks later I ended up ordering it. Got a 10 inch cheese/pepperoni thin crust, 10inch cheese/pepperoni ?blanket? pizza (a double crust stuffed pizza), and my mom got the meatball sub. It wasn?t nearly as goodas I had originally been lead to believe; being starved did certainly make the pizza taste better at the first time. However, Iwas still impressed that I liked it nearly as much as I did. This was good pizza, in the West Bend area! I was so happy tofinally discover this. A lot of people will talk about how flavorless the food is, claim it?s a tourist trap because of thehotels nearby, all kinds of slander that don?t actually talk about the food itself. In my opinion, that?s unfair. Michaleno?sexists in a town full of flavorless food; West Bend itself is a bit of a food desert. If you tried literally any other localplace within a 3 mile radius of Michaleno?s, you?ll instantly realize just how much better Michaleno?s is. They make their foodwith significantly more quality than any place around them. From someone who grew up in one of the biggest pizza towns in thecountry and was left begging for good pizza near me about a year into living in Slinger, I give a hug Read more

I grew up outside NYC with a lot of great Italian restaurants and pizzerias. This place would close down there. There was no... flavor in the sauce or crust. The sauce was more like tomato sauce rather than pizza or spaghetti sauce. I also had a calzone.Same bland flavor. Also VERY little ingredients inside. I would actually have preferred a Palermo thin crust pizza and a HotPocket. Would have been a hell of a lot cheaper too. Read more

Ordered the ribs and a Mac and Cheese pizza. The staff was very accommodating in helping with gluten free options. The ribs... were soaked with great taste gluten free BBQ sauce. Tasted great and messy as it should be. Good portion for the price. Thepizza was like eating Mac and cheese ( with lots of cheese). I was happy it was not almost all cheese sauce - as some otherpizzas we have tried in this fashion. Read more
