Hours on Google we're not accurate. Said store was open until 10 yet they closed at 9. Very disappointing when you haven't eaten... anything after a long day and it's the only restaurant that's listed as being open in the area - but it was a lie ???? Read more
We went in around 7 pm, only a couple of people eating inside, and there were 4 people working, that we could see. We were... waiting at the counter waiting for someone to take our order and two of the workers just keep walking right past us as if wearent even there. Not ?we will be right with you? or even a look. And they were walking around doing nothing. The other workerslooked like they were just standing around. Then a girl comes to take our order, you cant hear anything she was saying. No onesaid anything when our order was done either, usually they say out loud the name of the order when its ready. Had pick-up and was alright. The Korean noodle sauce was really sweet without spice and the Japanese noodles were dry.
Whoever was cooking tonight, wow, delicious. I don't always think the food is the best here but tonight they must have had a 5... star chef cooking. Is was really GOOD!!! Thanks guys. You made my night. Whoever was cooking give them a raise and make surethey stay. Not kidding here. Read more
I would say the manager and or franchise owner should take a simple look at there establishment. How it is represented, the lack... of cleanliness and preparation of food leaves a lot to be desired. Very few people for lunch hour and I can see why. Minorthings that go along way if you care! Read more
I tried to dine in at this restaurant and was told they couldn?t take my order for 15 minutes because they needed to focus on... online takeout orders. Meanwhile more and more online orders were coming in as we were standing there which were beingprioritized in front of our order. I cannot believe customer service has gotten this bad. This review is LONG overdue, and I feel so bad for sharing this amazing experience so late. It was several years ago, and I?m... not sure if he even works here anymore or not. ???? His name was Brian and he was the MOST amazing & kind-hearted person. I hadplaced an order in the restaurant and then realized I forgot my wallet at home. Feeling embarrassed I cancelled my order, butBrian told me to not worry about it and generously paid for my food! I ordered via phone and I walked in nobody greeted me or said a word. My food was bagged up already. Upon opening the bag and... looking at the dish the pot stickers weren't done and my noodles were all stuck together and it was the worst food I've got fromnoodles and company. Very dissatisfied.
