First time eating here and the experience was decent. They have multiple entres to choose from with rice and chow mein as the... sides. The proportions however would suggest the rice and noodles were the main and the entres the side, but I digress. The foodwas good, if not typical, Chinese American fare and the price was around 11 bucks for 2 mains and a side with drink, not toobad. Overall if I was near one and someone suggested it I would go again, but I'm not sure I would seek it out myself. Read more
First time here. It's set up where you walk through the order process by choosing if you want a bowl, plate ...etc. Then you... choose your protein and sides. Then pay. Fast food Chinese. Food and service was very good. Nice change of pace place. Read more

I went thru the drive thru at 6:30pm and they stated they only had 2 entrees available. When the restaurant does not close until... 8:30 pm on a Sunday. Definitely would not have driven all the way to the restaurant if I would have known this. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Had to wait 25 minutes for teriyaki chicken when going through the drive thru. When we got home and started... to eat it, it was so gross and fatty it was uneatable and we tossed 90% of the order in the trash. Also given the wrong entreewith an additional plate that was ordered. After a couple of other experiences with waiting 20 plus minutes for orders, and poorquality food we will never return to this location. We have dined at the location by Miller park several times and the food andservice were so much better. Read more
Well, first time we have gone here in around 4 years. It was ok. I wanted the chicken and mushrooms but that was at least 10... minutes out so I had the broccoli and beef. 2 of 3 lights were burned out in the bathroom so it was pretty dark. Read more
I was eating the orange chicken when suddenly I straight up but into a piece of wood and stabbed my mouth. When I called the... west bend location to ask what it could?ve been/ to warn them, they hung up on me. Honestly, this location has always been bad,I don?t know why I keep going there. I placed an online order that was supposed to be done by 1:51pm. On my way there it had changed to 2:00pm. Now I'm running late... waiting for them to finish it. I know it's not completely thier fault but it's a bit annoying that Im now running late for workbecause my food had a 20minute delay. Please prioritize online orders a bit more! Read more
