Brought my son here for soup. The place was filthy; couldn?t find a clean table and the floor was covered with food and napkins.... Unable to order soup as as they were out of soups and bread bowls. There were very few diners and we waited for someone to helpus at the counter and waited 15+ minutes for food. Will not return. Read more
Today was a drippy wet day. Decided to stop at WB Panera & get a bowl of soup to go. It was past busy lunch rush, no customers... in line. Ordered my soup to go, 3 individuals behind counter chattering away together about previous employees. He poured mysoup, called my name practically threw the bag w soup on the counter, I grabbed it & headed to my humble abode to enjoy w thebaguette that shld have come with the soup. Pulled out the soup & plastic utensils (a spoon & a knife) NO BAGUETTE. Bad enoughthey didn't acknowledge my presence but missing half the food with the price you paid & then looking for a tip?! Ordered online today. Said noon my food would be ready. Wasnt ready until 12:30. Cant understand why even my confirmation email... would say noon. The women that was "checking the food" at the counter was the nastiest person i have ever dealt with. She wassnapping at people that were questioning things. She was on her cell phone when my food was finally ready. My bag was in frontof her. I whispered "excuse me" and when i reached for my bag, she snapped her head, looked at me and gave me the dirtiest look.Not very good customer service at all. Read more
Husband had Signature chicken sandwich he said it was disguisting. No flavor. I had a cesar salad it was plain Jane no taste.... We will never go back. Read more
Ordered the new chipotle chicken sandwich and added bacon to it for an additional $1.75 charge and this is what i got. The rest... of the order was great but this is a disgrace. Read more
Always behind schedule for mobile orders and in house orders. It's happened 3 times and the workers are always very rude when I... ask how long it will be. I get they're busy but it doesn't mean you can be rude to paying customers Read more
At Panera they act like they are the Starbucks of salads and gourmet food. Charging full-service diner prices where is none of... the hospitality or charm that a diner may have. In my opinion the management and West Bend should hold themselves to a higherstandard. Their service is slow the restaurant is not very clean and people have this lackadaisical approach with not muchurgency on a Thursday. At least at Starbucks they are almost always friendly and the place is clean and they move you along evenif you?re paying $50 for a cup of coffee. I expect the same from Panera. Read more
Place was absolutely filthy. Terrible place to go eat. They were out of half there menu items. 20 minute ticket time
