The pizza was perfect. The chicken wings were perfect. The cheesy bread was perfect.
Pizza was very good, order was done on time and correct. A little expensive compared to other take out pizza.
Failed to deliver 70.00 worth of pizza for a party. My husband drove there and found a sign saying that their computer was down... and they were closed for the day. The next day I went into the store. I was given my refund and a credit for 35.00 due to theinconvenience. I asked for a receipt, but was told that all I needed to give them was my phone number. A few months later Iwent in to use my35.00 credit and they could not find any record of it. Terrible customer service. Will never order from themagain!! Read more
They are way more staffed! The last year they always told me they don?t have enough workers and that?s why the food takes so... long but for the past few weeks they seem to be way better staffed. Pizzas are always on time and the staff seem to befriendlier. They definitely are under new management and are doing a lot better! Read more

We always go to the West Bend Pizza Hut. Never had any issues. This time, they accidently sent our pizza out with the delivery... guy. The employee was very nice and honest about the situation. Said she would have another pizza made in 10 minutes. Apologized multiple times. Gave us our pizza for half price. Great customer service! We will be back. :-) Read more
It will be a long time before I order another pizza from Pizza Hut. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese sausage and mushroom cost... me $30. I can go to Eaton Pizza & cook a pizza myself for $10. No pizza is worth $30. Read more
