Had a small gathering here after a funeral. I called 2 days ahead and spoke with Jocelyn she assured me they would have a small... room available and the buffet table would be well stocked. The room was perfect size for about 15 people. Everyone was wellpleased with the food. A few people commented on how delicious the chicken was. Had a good meal with friends. Always love trying all the different pizza on the buffet. There were allot of people there this... visit but still plenty of options on the buffet. The soft serve ice cream was not frozen enough but I'm guessing due to thenumber of people the machine could not keep up so am not that surprised in this case. Read more
Loved this newer location in West Bend. The chicken was fresh & hot, as well as the pizza and cactus bread. My only complaint is... the ice cream is made from ice milk so it's gritty and not creamy at all. Yuck. I'll go to another location for the good icecream. Lol I'll be back for that hot & fresh chicken. Keep up the great work there. Read more
Been here many times!! First time bring my grandchildren the cashier was very unfriendly and didn?t hand me my receipt when I... asked her if that was my copies she look at me very mean and said yes still didn?t hand me my receipt order my normal pizzaafter taking a bite I seen hairs on it when and spoke to a manager that look at the pizza she said oh yea took the pizza askedif I wanted different slice I said no she didn?t even apologize and walked away sad but I won?t be coming back also I had toreport over 2 time that in front of the salad bar food was all over the floor most of the worker were hanging out in the kitchen7/24/2022 Read more

After yesterday's poll about pizza or chicken at Pizza Ranch I couldn't help but take the kids out for dinner to make sure you... all voted correctly. I can honestly say it is a toss up for me because both options are so Yummy! You really can't go wrong. Thestaff does an amazing job of making sure you have everything you need. I used to come here regularly for lunch. However, lately I noticed the quality has gone downhill. This last visit, I was there... right at 1100. There was no desert pizza served until 1140. For people that need a quick lunch, that's not good. Also, the soupwas luke warm, and 2 of the pizzas were getting luke warm as well.
