Placed an online order and was told it would be ready by 6:13, I showed up at 6:23 to find out that it hadn?t even been started.... My order was then called out to the line to be made. The workers still didn?t start my order until I asked 5 min later what wasgoing on with the order since I saw they weren?t making it and taking new orders. They proceed to just put my order in thecurrent que and it took another 5-10 min for me to actually get my food. What?s the point of ordering online if they aren?tgoing to start your order until you arrive. I always love qdoba but I don't know it's just something missing it's like they're not putting quality food out anymore
Stood in line for 20 minutes. There were 4 people ahead of me when I walked in for my lunch break. I have a 30 minute window... for food during work and 4 people is not typically a big deal but he sheer amount of call in orders were slowing service to acrawl. IMO: you need to prioritize the people standing in your restaurant at least in so far as acknowledging the delays andmaking people aware of the issue. First time trip to Qdoba and it was awful. The queso was stone cold they don't have white meat grilled chicken they only have... adobo grilled to chicken. The fajita vegetables were crispy not grilled down. Read more
I?m a door dash driver and tonight I watched the 3 people working absolutely do an amazing job! They were super busy but kept... their cool and handled each order with accuracy and proficiency. I was amazed watching them work while I waited for the orders.Hats off to a great staff! Read more

Qdoba in West Bend is one of the best Qdoba's I've been to. While occasionally understaffed, the employees there clearly work... hard and I have never had a poor dining experience there, at least on the weekends. Highly recommend! Read more
They always have my online order completed timely, within 15 mins of ordering. Qdoba is the only fast food I can take home and... still tastes fabulous 30 mins later after my drive home. Read more
