Excellent food and drinks, staff not at much. We had a 30 minute wait on a Saturday around 2pm. While we waited we had drinks... but what we didn't need to hear was all the negatively from the staff. The hostess was unfriendly, the waitstaff was rude addacted like we were in their way until the bartender was able to get us a drink. Once we finally were able to get a drink wewent outside while we waited. Our food really was excellent and our waitress had a much better attitude once we were seated. In today's times everyone is short staffed and if your staff is unable to cope with that your customers are going to suffer. Read more
Good food and beer and a nice place to hang out. The pretzel bun for the bbq chicken and brat sandwiches is soft, chewy, and... fresh. The bbq chicken and brat in the sandwiches was also great. put at a table for 2 when the whole lower seating was empty. Barely enough room for soup, salad, dinner rolls, and our entrees.... When I come to Wisconsin from across the country to visit my family, I come to this restaurant and order the Southwest Chicken... Salad. It's seriously that good! Everything we've ever ordered from here has been amazing. Curbside, dine-in, whatever. It's allgood all the time. Read more
Great beer, food, views and extremely family friendly. The service was great and everyone was incredibly friendly. The food was... great and affordable and their beers are fantastic. They did a great job accommodating all of our kids and even set up a largetable outside for us. Highly recommend visiting if you?re in west bend. Read more

This was our first time at this location and because of our experience we will definitely be going back. The food was excellent... the service was even better. My wife had the Spinach Salad and started with their steamed dumplings. She was very happy with herchoices. I ordered the 5 Alarm Chili it was delicious but was not very spicy, so I added the tangy Thai Sauce and increased thelevel of heat. Then followed it up with Bourbon Street Combo Sandwich. WONDERFUL. We had a great time here, the atmosphere was pleasant and we had nice window side seating with a cool view. Started with the... fried cheese curds as you do when you're in Wisconsin and they were outstanding. Then went with the chicken cordon bleu paniniand it was okay. Finished things off with a salted caramel cheesecake and it was remarkable. My bourbon came in a dirty glassand they replaced it right away. What place was very clean and neat. Wasn't too loud.
