This place is AMAZING! There is such obvious passion for God, quality food. If you have to wait, it's worth it! Be patient... and kind and enjoy yourself! This is what dining out is all about. If you want fast food, go to McDonald's. If you want goodfood, enjoy this experience. It's casual and fun and there is obvious pride taken in each plate that comes out of the kitchen! Read more
Me and my Daughter and Granddaughters went to lunch here today. It was so Amazing!!! I had a Grown Up grilled cheese and it was... delicious! They made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked in. I know we will be back they have amazing food and thepresentation looked and tasted Gourmet right down to the grilled cheese. And they have amazing French fries too. 50?s and 60?s feel with new age vibe. No SKINNY pants here. Food was so fresh and tasted unreal. FRESHLY squeezed orange... juice. (Which I love, since I live in South Florida) Oh yes right from orange to glass. Staff was extremely friendly andtentative. Very very clean diner. Not your typical boring menu. All around amazing. Owner personally came out to greet and brought us complimentary fresh squeezed orange juice which was... awesome. The food is appropriately priced for the huge portions. Food was off the hook delicious. Would definitely recommend,please make sure to be patient as they make everything to order. You will spend about an hour to hour and a half duringlunchtime. I met a friend here for brunch and it was amazing! We did have a bit of a wait (~20 minutes) but it was Saturday at 10am, so... completely understandable. They give you a sample of their fresh squeezed orange juice (which is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS). Theyhave a variety of mimosas made with the same juice - so good! All the staff was so very kind and although it took a minute forour food to arrive, we didn't care because we were there to enjoy each other's company! The slinger skillet was exactly what Ineeded - flavorful with a good balance of meat/veggies/eggs, and the hash browns were perfectly crisp. I'd love to come back fortheir lunch menu :) Read more
FOOD & SERVICE WERE EXCEPTIONALLY SCRUMPTIOUS & PERFECT!!!! I'm not a fan of OJ but LOVED the OJ I was served!!!! Our coffee... specialty drinks tasted like dessert! Bacon wrapped cheese curds were crispy on the outside but melted in your mouth. Chorizoburrito was the BEST I've evr had. Very difficult finding food that is spicy & properly seasoned around here! My son had thejalepeno burger with pepper jack cheese. He said it could've been a tad bit moR spicy but ate the whole sandwhich. I've been wanting to try Skinny Vic's. They're not always open when I like to get out. Google maps says they're not open late... Friday, but they are. Open until 9 pm for the fish fry. Skinny Vic's is in between Marshalls and Petco, the sign is kindasmall, making the place look small. I was very surprised the place was very spacious, lots of room! Looks like a 1950's dinnerinside. They serve alcohol, beer, wine, spritzer and even champagne! So many other fresh refreshing drinks to choose from. Ihad Peach Mango Lemonade, a sweet alternative to a a screwdriver. I looked at the appetizers, I couldn't decide what to choose,so I got three I really wanted to try. Deep fried Oreos Bacon wrapped cheese Candied bacon Deep fried Oreos, double stuffedOreos dipped in pancake mix and deep fried, were a yummy gooey chocolate treat! 4 pieces. Bacon-wrapped cheese, bacon andcheese yummy. 8 pieces. Candied bacon, covered in brown sugar and topped with chopped pecans, very yummy sweet treat. 6 bigslices. I also had a big salad, so I could get my veggies. I had BTLA, mixed greens with diced tomatoes, avocado slices, crispyfried chicken pieces, topped with lots of bacon pieces. Very fresh veggies and greens. Tender and crispy fried chicken. Came ina huge heavy bowl. I had a lot of food on my table. I reserved some of everything to bring home for later. Vicky came out fromthe kitchen to meet customers. That was cool! Workers seemed to very happy to work there. Very comfortable, seating andatmosphere. Very clean.
