Lady was training new employee. Trainer rolled her eyes at me for not saying iced as my first word out of my mouth and I got so... nervous I actually forgot what I was ordering. The girl she was training was sweet. Somehow when the trainer rang me up thismedium size drink was 7.00 and a dollar more than my usual venti I get. Overall terrible experience. Also I asked for blondeexpresso which they ?didn?t have? was at this location a year ago and they ?didn?t have? the blonde expresso then either. SMH Read more
Workers ignored us this afternoon when we walked up, once we were finally helped the associate acted like it was a pain to make... the drink ordered and I believe did not follow the recipe as it tasted different than our normal Starbucks. Too bad as this is aconvenient location, but I guess they do not need the business. Wish the customer service was better and I didn?t have to toss a$5 drink! Read more
I didn't go to Starbucks. I don't go to Starbucks they are to liberal for me. I only drink Black Rifle coffee. And keep waiting... for them to get some storefront shops to put Starbucks out of business. Read more

Upon placing my order I informed staff that I had a Happy Hour Buy one get One free, when I used my Starbucks card to pay I... noticed on my receipt I was charged full price for both drinks, then told that in order to get it refunded I had to go to theMeijer Service Counter to get a refund. You gotta love Starbucks. I dont know what in the heck I'm ordering most of the time (my wife and mother direct me lol) but its... usually always good. Also I never get their sizes right, but I just tell them that I want the biggest one they got...lol, andthey always get what I am saying. Read more
