I ordered a BLT with extra bacon, & a Cheese Steak sandwich. Both to be tasted. I got home, & my wife said that the bacon was... like a limp p-----s. Bacon is supposed to be crispy. So we now go back to Cousins. Read more

We walked in to the Hwy 33 store in town. Very friendly Hello. They got right to work making our subs adding things as we went... along. I asked for extra sauce she smiled and filled 2 small cups as I wanted. We took everything home. Really good. Price fine.Great service. Went around 430 pm on a Thursday night. We will be back. Update! New owner, manager, entire staff. Very, very pleased!!!! Becky is awesome and made good on the previous owners... mistake. That is great business. You can see she has a passion to turn this location around and make it GREAT! They haverepeat customers in us. Give Becky and her staff a chance. Look at this PERFECT sub. Soft bread, fresh ingredient, perfectportions. what's worse than having your order completely messed up is having somebody contact you and tell you they're going tocompensate you for it. My last order was done on the app through my favorites and were completely screwed up. I took a surveyand I got a message from a Julie S. She apologized and asked to make it up to me. She asked for my address so that she couldmail me some compensation and I never heard another word. At this rate I won't be going back ever. Need to properly train their employees. I have worked for multiple subway?s in the past and they are very quick and sloppy. What... prompted me to leave a review was the fact of portioning. honestly has to be one of the worst subs I've ever eaten at any place that I've got a sub at I'm going in and ordering my sub I... saw her putting lettuce on it, I couldn't even tell. I even asked her for more I have no idea where the more came out of thisbecause there was barely even about five pieces of lettuce on my sub and I assumed the was what she first put there There wasno mayo on it. she beat it how many times and made it seem like she put it on. there was none on it... again I wasn't payingattention I was digging in my purse but there was absolutely no mayo, no lettuce; no anything it just tasted like really badbacon that came from an imitation bacon bag and really old waxy meat. very dry and worse than there original club sub. come onnow this is the series. I even ask for all the stuff that I felt like I was missing a second time assuming it would just be puton there but it wasn't it was worse than I could have even expected ever so bad I didn't even need it.
