Doors were still locked 45 minutes after listed opening time. We ordered online to pickup through the drive through, since no... other option was available with the doors locked. The wait for 4 crunch wraps, 2 quesadillas, and a burrito was another halfhour. We sat and waited at the end of the drive thru for service and eventually had to go up an knock on the door. Weimmediately were met with attitude (male employee with long red hair), who proceeded to cuss and swear at us. Our food had beenready for a while, just sitting and waiting for him to bring it out. This Taco Bell is cursed. I?ve tried to go here 6 times since March. I have never been able to purchase food because they are... always experiencing a problem. Water outage. Power outage. System crash. I keep thinking: this time it?ll be fine. I seriouslyhave never been able to eat here. Maybe don?t risk it and go to the other Taco Bell across town. Read more
I placed a mobile order about 10-15 minutes before I arrived. I went through the drive thru, they told me they had no chicken... for my quesadilla so I said I?d like a cheese one instead and waited about 15-20 minutes before getting our food. Just to gethome and see there was no quesadilla in the bag, the Mexican pizza was a disaster thrown in the box, and the fiesta potatoes Iordered? the container was dented in the bottom and there were 5 potato pieces inside. They are understaffed and working hard but in the end it was a frustrating and super bad experience. Ordered food on app 10... minutes prior to arriving. Was told to pull ahead and wait for food in lot and waited 25 minutes. Not exaggerating. Check thebag and found the sauce and the Cinnabons were missing. The associate was nice and brought us Cinnabons and sauce in a bag. Oncewe got home we realized all the burritos were made wrong and we didn't have all the Cinnabons in the bag. And of course the foodwas lukewarm to cold. I was very disappointed that the burritos were not made right I gave mine to the dog. The dog seemed tolike it very much and the kids didn't mind. But I paid $25 plus for a meal that was cold and frankly just a disappointingexperience in almost every way. Oh yeah no straws for the iced coffees. I'm not piling on this is just how bad it was. Went there today, 7/24. The cinnamon twists were awful. Tasted like they were leftover and out from the prior day. I'm not sure... what was with the chicken quesadilla. The sauce was not normal, it was some white greenish stuff. Didn't eat it. What a waste ofmoney. While the server was friendly, would not recommend. Money wasted. Read more
My first trip to the Hwy 33- Washington St Taco Bell location. Good access and plenty of parking. I choose to use the drive... thru. Signage is very clear with pictures of each product. I choose the #1 3 hard shell tacos and soda. The food was made freshas I did have to wait a few minutes in driveway window. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5. The taco meat on all 3tacos was thin. Taco meat was done perfectly with the right amount of lettuce and cheese. It's nice having a location onNorthside of West Bend. Great place to go for a quick bite that isn't a hamburger joint. Read more

We used the drive thru. Food took a little long which is why the 4 stars. I wish I knew the young girls name in the drive thru.... She took care of us the last two times and I'm telling you, if she doesn't put a smile on your face with her singing, dancingand positive nature.....you need to seek help! Lol Read more
