It's a good meal in a clean comfy environment with great service. I always take a friend here because it's her favorite... restaurant and she can't drive much anymore. We love the 6 oz Sirloin with veggies and salad. It's enough to take a little homeand the bread and salad are delicious. My Service dog gets a kids meal and we are all very happy with the great wait staff! It'sgood value and good service. Drop in. Enjoy a good meal. Leave happy. Don't forget to tip generously! Seems like a common thing that when I get seated for a table they always put me at one when there’s trash under it. Last time... they swept AFTER we sat down and told us to lift our feet up! This time it was my moms birthday and there was three of us andjust walking to the table it was a raised one and I could see the trash before she sat us. I wanted to ask for a clean one butthe host walked off too quick. Waited three minutes just standing there before our nice waiter moved us to another table. And ontop of that I asked for medium done, got rare. Had it remade and still half rare half medium done. Read more
This is not my first experience with them. I'm a truck driver, and I work out of West Bend. The choices in this city is limited,... so I often come here for dinner. First, the greeter was friendly, and the person who brought me to my table was alsopersonable; however, my server didn't seem very attentive to me and my experience there (On a $36 bill, I still tipped 20%,because I know how hard their job can be). Secondly, the food... and I have to say, it was disappointing. My salad, which hadvery little lettuce, was already wilted and was left wanting. The star of the evening, 12oz Prime Rib.... well, it wasn't cookedproperly (I ordered medium), and it was tough. When I think of good prime rib, it is usually extremely tender. Today was a good day. Level of service and food can vary on a good day but West Bend was dialed in today. I love the touch... this particular Roadhouse does withe American flag surrounding the entire parking lot. Read more

My boyfriend got the sirloin and mash potatoes with a Caesar salad and loved it! I however had to wait to eat because I was told... my food was cooked improperly. I ordered well done beef tips with a house salad and mash potatoes. No onions or sour cream.After I get my remade food it has onions:( and it’s well done but a lot of pieces were black. As if they only cooked it on oneside. I ate the mash potatoes which were hot and amazing but I tried a few beef tips and they were just hard and tasted overcooked. I told my waitress and she apologized and asked to remake it for the third time but my boyfriend was already done withhis meal so I just kinda wanted to go at this point. I mean I had already been there for 40 minutes. She gave us the bill and weasked for a discount but she said no because I still ate the mash potatoes…. The picture shows the food. It seems that everytime I eat here the last few months I always have a bad experience lately. I use to go here once a month! My mothers birthday isnext week so hopefully I have a better experience. The waitress was super nice and pleasant, which is refreshing these days. I got the portabella mushroom chicken which was very... delicious! My fiance really liked his ribs as well. The only complaint we had was that the mac and cheese was not very warm atall, but it still tasted good! Read more
Delicious…hot…fast food and great serve is what this place is all about! The portions are plentiful, the options are awesome... and the prices are good. It’s one place that I enjoy coming back repeatedly to! Read more
