This place was cute. Went there tonight with a couple of my kids. Drove around the block like 8 times trying to find it because... there?s no sign outside. Had no idea what to order but we got two beef dishes and we got the beef steamed dumplings. Everythingwas very good but I didn?t care for the texture of Udon noodles. Fantastic food and flavors. Service is very friendly and impressive. Dining area is cozy. Call ahead to reserve a spot, or eat... at the bar. Dumplings had more of a ravioli vibe than a dumping. All around impressive for Sheboygan. Read more

I've been wanting to try some REAL ramen for a while now and Tochi finally delivered that to me. It's a very small location, ... like to the point there are only three tables and the rest is a bar top but regardless of that ithe restaurant has a very nicewarm and clean atmosphere to it with great service to boot. The food itself was also great! The beef steamed buns wereexcellent, from the meat, the sauce, veggies AND the bread itself. The ramen was delectable to, I had to pace myself fromwolfing it down! Sad to hear them closed at West Bend but I am super glad they came to Sheboygan. Be advised to plan ahead and come in early... because this place fills up quick. I had the grass-fed beef Mazeman, and as always it is delicious. Will definitely become aregular for this restaurant. Read more
This place is fantastic! So much flavor packed into every dish. Definitely recommend any of the steamed buns as an appetizer. We... had the Beef Udon (so tender, so tasty, and that bone marrow butter melting into the broth was next level) and Tonkotsu (so muchflavor, and the pork belly was perfect).
