*UPDATE* They have reopened their dining room. I can now enjoy a 4 for 4. Thank you for meeting my terms. I journey all the way... from Ohio to enjoy a 4 for 4 with my friends. This tradition cannot carry on because of the closed dining room. There is noreason to be closed. This establishment has until June to correct their mistake, or they will lose my business for eternity. Read more
I would give them 2 1/2 stars but, employees coughing into their hands and then handing me my soda cup to go fill it hit the... trashcan as soon as I turned around and never got my soda, after taking my order the employee did go wash your handsimmediately. But then immediately proceeded to cough into hands again and then went and bagged up my food yes putting some downinto the fry box and then picking up my bacon cheeseburger and placing it in the bag and then rolling it up with her soiledhands. I did ask for no ketchup on my bacon cheeseburger It had had a plethora of ketchup on the bacon cheeseburger. Since I wastaking my order to go I got back to my vehicle when I realize this and then went back inside and let them know about the ketchupthat I asked twice not to be put on the burger no ketchup no ketchup. Second one did come with no ketchup but I had lost myappetite I literally could not eat. It?s really too bad I love Wendy?s it?s always been one of my favorite goto?s?????????????????????. They did however get two stars because they?re actually showing up for work and doing the job justdoing it poorly. The really cool thing is if a manager were to read this they could bring it up to them and start to manage hiscrew a little bit more properly adhering to simple food standards. Read more
Been there 3 times messed up the whole order the first time so they sent coupons for free food. Went there a couple weeks later... used the coupons they messed up the order again Went back in line told them about it they remade the order and got it half rightI gave up and we went to Arby's. WB Wendy's rocks! Have always had great service here. Wendy's in general is one of the most friendly for folks on the Keto... diet. A lot of items they can eat here in a pinch. And the App is Keto friendly too. Wendy's App offers the mostcustomization I've seen in any restaurant app. Wish other restaurants would figure this out! They are missing out on thebusiness of a substantial demographic. Read more
HORRENDOUS customer service. I placed an order through DoorDash, Wendy's accepted and confirmed my order, then refused to... actually make it. The driver was wonderful and made repeated attempts to get Wendy's to fulfill my order, and reached out to mewhen they refused. I had to contact DoorDash myself to get a refund, since Wendy's thought it was acceptable to take my moneyand not provide what I paid for. Read more
Salad was awesome as usual, but they didn't add or take off the toppings I requested. Employee handed me the bag without looking... or saying anything to me. I tried to say thank you but she was already back in the window. Oh well,. I'll still be back. ???? Read more
Ordered online Saturday night just after 9pm and when we arrived at 9:15pm the guy at the drive thru said they were closed -... charged our credit card and no food made even though their sign outside said they close at 10pm as did Google! If you?re goingto close an hour early why not turn off mobile ordering?! An apology would have been nice as well. Read more
