The people didn't seem to care I was there or ro be bothered by making the food the way it should be so people can actually eat... it. The sandwiches were the messier sandwiches I've ever seen in my entire life. There was more sauces outside the top andbottom of the buns then there was inside. One sandwich was so messy that it completely slid apart and the bottom bun was foldedin half under the other half. This Arby's has definitely gone downhill from years past when we used to go there often enough. Read more
Disappointed. Fries were cold. Floor was sticky and disgustingly dirty. Most of the tables were dirty as well. Roasted Beef... sandwich was good and the cashier was pleasant. I rarely go to this location because the one location that usually has issues.I'll go back to Evesham. Read more
I haven't eaten from Arby's in years. We just hit the drive-through three time in the last month and a half and all three times... the food was hot and fresh. Fresh for what fast food can be. The staff was good, quick to get us our order out. 3.5 as I can'tgive any fast food place four or more stars. Read more
I gave a 3 only because the order taker was friendly and helpful placing a $40 order. Medium Crinkle fries and 1/2 were Curly... fries. Wagyu Special medium size meal $10+ but looked like slop. Looked like something that was thrown together. Also theWagyu looked rare but had good flavor. Read more
ARBY'S West Berlin , New Jersey went down the hill Health Hazard ALERT!!!! Six original Gyro's sandwiches completely... botched. Rotten produce and meat. We had to contact corporate and file a complaint in order to obtain a refund. Read more
Arby's seems to have gone down hill these past few months. Last time was bad food and service at the Magnolia NJ location this... time it was a god awful buffalo chicken sandwich at the West Berlin NJ location. Sandwich was a mess and was unable to eat it. The person who made this should be retrained. Read more
