The staff was super friendly. After I ordered I'd walked away and come back, just as the drive-thru attendant approached the... counter. Horrible customer service , I don?t even do bad reviews but this was horrible who ever the night supervisor is African American... lady she was very rude , I saw a guy go up talk to her and she was completely rude and it was 3 people in line and she didn?teven have the respect to say ? sorry were closed ? instead Shut the window as in the customer was wrong you guys should 100percent retrain her I run a business so if this lady spoke to my customer like how she spoke to that brother who went to thewindow She would have been Fired. Ugh chicken fries were so old and hard. They forgot to give me sauce for them too but didn't really matter because I threw them... away. I got a meal deal for 7 dollars. Not a bad deal, double cheese burger, small fries and the chicken fries. It didn'tinclude a drink. I asked how much for a small drink....$2.99. Omg , that is almost half the cost of the meal. Went there last night at 8:37pm no one WORKING there!! Even though sign says open till 12am. One guy walking around inside store... hid after I beeped my car horn to ask if they were open or what?!!? He just went to the back and never came back out and I knowhe saw me. I don?t get how if you?re supposed to be open you just decide to close 4 hours early??!!?? Never going back to thisplace. I?ve been here many times and service has been pretty bad. They put in wrong order in my bag, they make order wrong,they?ve left items out that I paid for, food has been old, food has been cold, lettuce wilted on my sandwich, and one time theyeven yelled at my son for no reason but this was the last straw!!! Black woman working drive through who was the rudest ever. Usually don?t care about attitudes from workers as long as my food is... hot and order is right. She didn?t ring in half our order and was so mad when we asked for straws and condiments. If you hateyour job so much?QUIT! You chose this job, nobody made you.
