Consistently get my drinks made wrong here and get an attitude or get rushed to order. Today i wanted a medium coffee but they... didn?t have medium cups and instead of offering in a larger cup they said they only have xtra large and charged it as so. Whichi replied the right thing to do would just put my medium coffee in the xtra large cup and they didn?t respond. Everytime i getegg bites there they are cold by the time i arrive home which is a block away. Also the other day i wanted to put cash on myDunkin app and the manager said i couldn?t. I only return here because it is closest to my house and I?m currently havingrenovations. Read more
Why the 2 stars. Its not about the customer service. They are pleasant and nice. However, I asked them since July of this year... that their drive thru counter and window where food is being transfered to customer is filty dirty stained with old coffee andother drinks. Come on come outside and wipe down the drive through past through window area. Read more
We jokingly call all Dunkin Donuts in our area, Dunkin No Donuts because if you don't get there super early, you might as well... just ask for a coffee and nothing else. I arrived at 8:00 this morning and ordered a 50 box assortment of munckins. There were 3flavors, chocolate, glaze and pumpkin. What happened to cinnamon and powdered and jelly???
