Food was delicious, service was nice. We all had a nice time here for breakfast ???? ???? ??.
When entering the place it has a lingering smell of urine. We were seated quickly. The smell still lingered, ( I wasn?t sure if... the seats needed to be wiped down more, when being seated it gave me sticky vibes) the bathroom smelled so terrible. Uponordering a guest at my table received 3 different forks. ( all three were filthy and had food stains on them) We asked forcondiments and the waiter never came back to give them to us or came back to even asked if we even needed refills or anythingelse. Never came back to check on us at all. Upon leaving the smell of urine lingered. ( it was so bad we had to spray ourselvesdown with Lysol in the car, because it was strong and lingering & take long showers when getting home) The food was decent, butI was the smell of the place, and sanitary of the place that I will not coming back at all and also the terrible service. It wasa complete turn off. When paying for the bill, the waiter saw how frustrated we were suggested we take the ketchup home with us,the same ketchup we asked for and he never came back to give us for the food. We waited about 5 - 10 minutes to be seated. The hostess/ waitress was simply in the kitchen talking. My family and I proceeded... to the kitchen, to inquire about the seating process. The table was dirty as well as the seats. I requested that the table andseat be wiped down and there was still dirt residue from a prior guest. I then requested for a napkin. Sat down at tiny table. Nobody came over to serve us. Walked out after almost 15 minutes. Service and wait for food is usually... not good. It is a shame because food is pretty good. The atmosphere is nice and the wait staff is friendly. But this place needs to hire a new cook. We paid a total of $114 and 3 of... us did not eat the whole plate. One of us only ate the pancake from their meal. DO NOT ask for the potatoes pancake. They justmash together some of the hash browns and deep fry it. Read more
The staff is great. I've never had servers as friendly in any IHOP (or most other eateries). We became notorious over-tippers,... but I believe in rewarding excellent service. Read more
One of my favorite places for breakfast is IHOP. I strictly only eat breakfast foods there and I have not been disappointed. I... normally, visit the IHOP in Berlin. My sister and I always plan breakfast meet-ups at IHOP! It's our time to catch and have goodfood. Food: My order is the same order I place every time: Two strips of hickory-smoked bacon, 2 pork sausage The eggs (I askfor shell eggs) and pancakes were fluffy. The coffee was fresh. Always delicious. Atmosphere: I went during the week, Tuesdaymorning during the early afternoon around 1:00 PM so it was not crowded at all. Server: The server was attentive and took thetime to make sure everything was to our liking. Pricing: The pricing is excellent for the amount of food you receive. I'm justa simple girl who enjoys a good breakfast place at a great price point. Ask me to where to go for breakfast and I'm always goingto say let's go to IHOP! Read more
kudos for Michael was great seeing a such a wonderful young man taking pride on his work. About our food pancakes weren't the... best, bacon was saggy and my English muffin was also saggy, they also didn't have half and half cream so coffee was not the samewith 1% milk that's for us some else may have liked that way.
