Completely satisfied with my dinner from McDonald's tonight. Ordered two kids meals, one 6 piece nuggets the other a... cheeseburger no onions and 2 spicy chicken meals. We got two chocolate milkshakes and chocolate milk and a sprite. Everythingcame out hot and fresh. Fries were crispy. Nuggets were good and daughter's hamburger was made with no onions as asked.Cashier and server were helpful and friendly as well. Edit 10/7/22 I understand how having new staff can throw some kinks in awell running machine. Tonight my family and I ate in the restaurant. We ordered at the kiosk and got out table tent and satdown...and we sat, and we sat, and when we finally got my husband's food only, they said they called our number (no one in therestaurant heard them) when you sit inside with a table tent they are supposed to bring the food to you. I asked for extra onions on my quarter pounder and instead gave me extra salt on my fries. Ridiculous
Lazy as hell. No sense of urgency, no customer service, just lazy kids running around and the manager Jeremy is of no help. I... waited 15 minutes for an order of fries and when I asked for a refund, there was no apology, no acknowledgement, nothing.Terrible, terrible staff. I saw the signs for Help Wanted, you should start by firing this lazy, unproductive, lethargic staff.Thank God they opened a Chick Fil A down the street! Read more
